1. Form Upload

| Simple script that uses PHP/MYSQL to manage forms. This includes one file with all the settings contained within it. You will need a small MySQL database with one table. This script will make that table for you if you have the proper permissions to create a table or db with your MySQL username and password. Currently handles gif, jpg, pdf, and doc files by MIME type. Can be modified easily for other types. |

3. PHP Uploader Downloader

| Allow your users to upload files to a selected directory. This script also creates a list of all files uploaded so they can be downloaded. Current features for uploading are size limitation, extension limitation, and stopping file overwriting. |
